Beatin' around The Barossa

G’day Cobbers!

Fair Dinkum! This ol’ sunburnt country has some ripper places to visit!

This week, me mate Crikey and I headed North. Couldn’t resist a stop in to the home of Crackerjack Snacks! By jingo, my mouth was watering looking at all that tasty tucker being packaged up at Emmaline’s! Any tick of the clock and you’ll be getting your mitts on some damn good grub! (If that cheeky bludger Grub doesn’t knick it all first!!!)

That reminds me! I haven’t told you about my shadow, Grub! Let me tell you, that dingo is all froth and no beer!!! Off with the fairies he is! But he knows good tucker when he smells it! We have kicked this drongo A over T more times than Port have won the cup! He has decided to stay hot on my hooves though and has been trying to sneak all my secret recipes and ingredients! Hit me up on the socials if you spot a good fo’ nuthin dingo in my snaps!!

Well, I’ve been all over the place like a mad woman’s breakfast so I’ll crack on and tell you where the bloody hell I’ve been!

Crikey and I hooved it up to the beaut Barossa, had a tipple of some damn good vino on a little wino walkabout and then visited a top shelf landmark! The Biggest Rocking Horse, Toy Factory and Animal Park. Hot damn! What a day trip that was! I must admit, I felt like a bit of a boofhead climbing that big rocking horse but I did it, boots’n’all and got me a certificate to prove it! Final stop was the Greenock Aviation Museum where we got to check out some top notch wings.

Hopefully next week will be a litle less hectic, cause we have been flat out like a centipede on a hotplate!

If you ever have any questions, just cooee on the socials and we’ll be able to answer ya pronto!

Everything is better with mates!

G’day Cobbers!

What a week it has been! Since leaving the team at Emmaline’s in charge of the tucker, I have been non-stop! (and so have they!) Everything is Ship Shape back there though which leaves me to enjoy my walkabout.

Have you ever been to the Adelaide Hills? There are so many beaut spots to see! This week, I stumbled across a conservation park. You may have seen my early morning snap on the ol’ socials…? That fog was epic!

So, have you guessed where the bloody hell I am?

Yep! You guessed it, Cobber! I am visiting the stunning Cleland Conservation Park. You can check out some of my snaps below! You can even sign up to The Cracker Club to download my snaps for your tikes to colour!

Can’t believe that all this beaut stuff is right at my back door! Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens and Summit, Cleland Wildlife Park, Waterfall Gully and more trotting tracks than you can poke a stick at! I was a bit gobsmacked by it all and must have looked like a stunned mullet because all of a sudden I heard “Crikey mate! You lost?” I looked down and saw the coolest Beardie (Bearded Dragon for all you non-Aussie folk!) I have ever seen! Basking in the sun by the sign, just waiting to help out lost buggers like me!

Well, I can tell you! That Beardie could talk under water, with a mouthful of cement! He had some yarns to tell me about the land, the animals and the humans that wandered through. He even came with me on the Waterfall Gully hike and did some HUGE bombs off the top of the falls.

Crikey is a pretty chill Beardie, lived in the reserve his whole life but he is keen to see some of the ol’ sunburnt country, so he is going to join me on the frog and toad.

So until next time, we are off to hunt some adventure. Catch ya on the flip side!

G'DAY!
CRACKER HERE!

I’ve been lazin’ around in beautiful Lobethal in the Adelaide Hills, testing out the tucker.

Didjaknow it’s home to the famous Christmas Lights of Lobethal?

I’ve found the perfect spot to ship our tucker from, made right here at the heritage listed Onkaparinga Woollen Mills by my good friends at Adelaide Hills Foods.

I’m going to miss the clean and pure air, up here in the hills, munching on the good stuff being cooked up in the Cracker Kitchen. I can’t wait to head out into the Crackerverse to hunt down some more tasty tucker!

I’m a mob man myself and I like to travel with mates so I’m hoping I’ll meet some larrikans along the way. Better than being on my Pat Malone! Might even find a big fella who can help me stop that tuckerbag stealing dingo, Grub!

I’ll get the humans to run some competitions with my snaps and maybe soon, they’ll set up a The Cracker Club for you to join!

I’ll be scratching out a few yarns about my walkabout so be sure to follow our page so you don’t look like a dingbat when everyone is talking about my Cracker Tracks.
